Pasture Raised Chicken

Greener Pastures Chicken | Certified Regenerative Organic | Elgin, TX

At Greener Pastures we support biodiversity on all levels. By maintaining a diverse collection of native grasses in our pastures, we ensure a wealth of microorganisms, critters, bugs, and grubs that our chickens can enjoy foraging for to supplement their diet. This provides the optimal setting for our chickens to enjoy their environment and stay active, wandering around the pasture, scratching in the dirt, and enjoying the sights outside in the soothing fresh air.

No Antibiotics or Hormones:
Our chickens are never raised with antibiotics or hormones. The combination of superior nutrition, high-quality feed ingredients, an active lifestyle, and safe and healthy living spaces ensure that our chickens build a robust immune system and high level of well-being from the start.

Culinary Life Permaculture Farm | Holistic & Regenerative | Kingsbury, TX

Culinary Life Permaculture Homestead & Orchard is located in Kingsbury, Texas. Candie Yoder, the owner and permaculture planner behind the Culinary Life Farm is a classically trained chef with 20+ years’ experience and has been gardening her entire life and has intensively studied holistic and regenerative practices.

"As a chef and an avid gardener, I feel like I have spent 90% of my life either in the garden or the kitchen. This homestead lets me take those two things to a whole new level. Not only will I be providing Farm-to-Table meats, cheeses, herbs, fruits, nuts & vegetables for my own family but for others that don’t have the land or the time. I want to grow heirloom and hard to find vegetables and meats with holistic and regenerative methods. I want to provide healthy foods and improve the health of the local environment at the same time." - Candie.

Why Culinary Life? Easy, what you consume affects 100% of your mental and physical health and we want to help people connect to the simplicity of locally grown and prepared foods. Sustainably grown vegetable and meats should be on everyone’s table. Our goal is to help improve people’s lives through the culinary arts with education and training.

Grass Fed Grass Finished Beef

Leafy Creek Farm | Certified Grass Fed Grass Finished Beef | San Antonio, TX

Welcome to Leafy Creek Farm, where we take pride in our grass-fed beef that's raised with the utmost care and commitment to quality. Our grass-fed cattle begin their journey by feeding solely on their mother's milk until they are naturally weaned. From there, they graze on nutrient-rich grasses, ensuring a diet that's natural and wholesome. As they gain weight, they continue to feed on grass, along with salt and minerals, up to the time of processing. We're proud to say that our cattle are "grass-finished," meaning they never receive anything other than grass during this critical period. Furthermore, our animals are never subjected to crowded and unsanitary feedlots, ensuring their well-being and the quality of their meat.

To provide our customers with peace of mind, we undergo regular third-party inspections and certifications. Currently, we hold certification from the esteemed American Grassfed Association, guaranteeing that our beef is truly grass-fed and grass-finished. Additionally, both our pastures and our cattle are rigorously certified by the USDA organic program. This certification ensures that our land is never exposed to any substances prohibited under the USDA's National Organic Program, and our animals are never treated with antibiotics, herbicides, pesticides, growth hormones, GMO substances, or any other synthetic substances.
